What are you up to this weekend? I'm looking forward to some rest and recovery from a busy, demanding week. It's so important to listen to our bodies and rest when we feel weary. We're not made to be firing on all cylinders all the time! So, if you're the type of person who doesn't give yourself permission to rest, I hereby give you permission!

Have you seen the show Succession? I'm really looking forward to Season Four which is coming soon. Here is the trailer. If you've not seen the other seasons, now would be a good time to watch, it's such a brilliant show, so well written!

Have you heard of tubing mascara. Tubing mascara creates "tubes" around each lash, giving the appearance of longer, fuller lashes. It's water-resistant, easy to remove, doesn't smudge and less likely to flake or irritate sensitive eyes. Since discovering this mascara, I'm spoiled for any other. You can find it here.
Do you consider yourself an optimist? If not, you might want to work on being more optimistic as new research shows that optimistic people live longer.
